Core Balance

Our Core Balance is a one hour group exercise class set to music, which blends a small amount of Tai Chi, with mainly Yoga and Pilates into a workout that builds core and total body strength, increases flexibility and leaves you feeling calm and centred. Through breath awareness and a purposefully structured series of postures, stretches and movements to inspirational music, this holistic workout which enhances your physical and mental well-being will have you hooked in no time.

The rate per class starts from $120+GST for a block of 6, 8, 10 or 12 consecutive weeks.
You'll be rewarded with a great discount if 2 or more consecutive same classes are booked on the same day.

Staff co-contributions: You can have this regular fantastic in-house healthy class cost very little or nothing at all, if you have for example 15 participants in the class who all chip in $8 each. Or if they can contribute $10 each, you could put the surplus funds towards other Health and Well-being initiatives such as workplace massage!

We recommend a maximum group size of 15 so that the instructor can keep an eye on participants in the class.
